2017 was a great year for Team Marketing and its event staff and we are looking forward to an even better 2018! 


2017-2018 Rockin' Refuel on the Revolution U.S. Ski and Snowboard Tour - Sampling     

2017 is ending for us the way it began, executing a sampling campaign on the US Ski and Snowboard Revolution Tour for Rockin' Refuel - the official protein beverage of the U.S. Ski & Snowboard Team.  Team provided in market staff to promote Rockin' Refuel's positive messaging and sample on the slopes to attendees at U.S. Ski & Snowbiard events.  Responsibilities include set up/break down, sampling, re-stocking and more.  Venues include Solitude, UT; Park City, UT, Olympic Valley, CA; Steamboat Spring, CO (2016-2017) and Beaver Creek, CO; Copper Mountain, CO; Park City, UT, and Mammoth Lakes, CA (2017-2018)

2017 Shamrock Farms Cold Brew - Sampling

Cold Brew Coffee sampling program executed at numerous venues and event sincluding the Phoenix Open, at corporate offices (ex. PayPal headquarters), at Los Angels Angels Spring Training, and Arizona Diamondbacks games. Provide in-market staff (Field Managers, Team leads, BAs) to set up, execute, breakdown, and recap the program.

2017 Lasik Plus Consumer Outreach - Brand Awareness and Lead Generation
Providing in-market managers and staff nationwide from February - November to represent and promote Lasik Plus at fairs/festivals. athletic events, conventions and expos.  The managers pick up the booth materials at local centers, set up the booth and signage, enagage consumers and execute the program.  Used tablets to collect leads and drive traffic to schedule appointments.

2017 Aramark/Fodu - Brand Awareness and App Download

Providing in-market managers and BAs to execute at corporate offices nationwide promoting the Fodu food app. includes setting up booths/tables, enagaging consuemrs, driving app downloads, distributing collateral and recapping. Philadelphia, PA; Cedar Rapids, IA; Bedminster, NJ; Waller, TX; Detroit, MI, Hoffman Estates, IL; Milwaukee, WI; Long island City, NY; Maplewood, MiN.


2017 Wahl Facial hair Friendly Cities Tour - Brand Awareness/Product Demonstrations
For the 11th year, we staffed this nationwide tour, providing stylists and brand ambassadors to execute at fairs and festivals, give free trims, play games, distributing premiums and communicating messaging. Check out the Tour site for information

2017 NBC Universal Upfronts - Greeters/Event Registration

Provided 30 event staff at Radio City Music hall to represent NBC/Universal by engaging attendees (Celebrities, VIPs, Media).  Using scanners, we greeted and registered people attending the upfronts in Manhattan.

2017 TagPrints Digital - Photo Booth execution

Provide nationwide in-market event staff to set up, manage and execute photo booth programs at promotional events, corproare events and private events.  Events include the New Balance 2017 New York Marathon program celebrating New Balance's sponsorship of the marathon which executed at 5 retail locations throughout New York City for 3 days leading up to the Marathon. Also executed at the National Restaurant Association show in Chicago at the kind and Syonyfield booths.

2017 Southern Comfort "Southern Sounds" Music Festival Tour - Sampling and Brand Awareness
We had fun staffing the Southern Comfort Music Lounge Tour - providing managers, set up staff, brand ambassadors/samplers, merch staff, bouncers.  It executed at several Outlaw Music Festival Dates (Willie Nelson, the Avett Brothers, Cheryl Crow, Bob Dylan, sometimes Van Morrison, etc.) as well as at the Pilgrimage Music Festival in Nashville and the Crescent City Blues & BBQ Festival in New Orleans.

Kellogg's Earn Your Stripes                                      

Provided in market managers and staff to promote Kellogg's positive messaging for children at youth athletic activities.  Events will include sampling, games, costumed staff and more.  Markets include Los Angeles, CA; Houston and Dallas, TX and Orlando and Clearwater, FL. Program launches July 4th and will run through the summer.

Four Loko Bottle Launch                                       

Providing in-market staff to promote the launch of Four Loko's new bottles and reformulated Fruit Punch, Lemonade and Watermelon flavors at approximately 1,000 off-premise events nationwide.  It's a summer sampling program to get the word out that Four Loko is now available in six packs and to let consumers taste the new flavors. The program will run through Labor Day.

True Citrus                                                              

Providing in-market managers to represent and promote True Citrus at retail locations, fairs/festivals. athletic events and through guerilla activation in a summer long tasting and brand awareness campaign running in San Antonio, Cincinnati and Nashville.  The managers are spreading the word about how True Citrus can add flavoring and a healthier lifestyle.  Managers are driving branded HHRs.

Kellogg's Pop Tarts Front Row                                     

Providing in-market staff to promote Kellogg's Pop Tarts and help execute the Front Row events at these nationwide mini-concert/performance activities designed just for Teens in which they are made to feel like VIPs.  Markets executed so far are Minneapolis and San Diego with Chicago upcoming in July.  There will be a new market each month with the program scheduled to run through December.

Mexican Papaya Restore Your Balance                            

Executed over 600 in-store sampling events in the Chicago, Houston, LA, Stockton and Fresno markets,  Staff engaged consumers, sampled the papayas, communicated key messaging about the health benefits and distributed recipe booklets.  Set up included backdrops, banners, and tables. 

Tropicana OJ Express Tour                                      
Providing in-market staff to represent and promote the launch of Tropicana's new bottle as well as encourage consumers to have healthier diets consisting of fruits and vegetables.  Setup includes a sampling station, nutrition kiosk, prize wheel, photo booth and more.  Markets executed include Los Angeles, Phoenix,San Francisco, CA, Denver, CO, and Tampa/St Pete, FL.  Upcoming markets include NYC and Chicago in August with six more stops after Labor Day.

Brazil Gourmet Instore Demonstrations                 

Providing staff throughout NYC, Long Island and NJ to promote and sample Brazil Gourmet nectars and juices to consumers at various stores including Duane Reades, and H-Mart locations.

Resvitale - GNC Instore Demonstrations              

Providing trained brand ambassadors who live a healthy lifestyle to represent the products at GNC stores nationwide.  Program includes training store staff on product knowledge and engaging consumers, generating interest, sampling products and converting sales.  Markets executed to date include Atlanta, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, DC, Miami and Chicago.

Kellogg's Share Your Breakfast                                               

Provided street team staff to generate awareness of the Kellogg's Share Your Breakfast program and encourage consumers to get involved by uploading photos and donating to undernourished children.  March executions include Philadelphia and Chicago; more to come including San Antonio, TX in April.

Turner Broadcasting NCAA National Bracket Day                    

One day event - provided over 150 total staff - including team leads and brand ambassadors - attired in NCAA March Madness warmup suits, jackets and hats to engage consumers and generate awareness of the first time ever, fully televised coverage of every NCAA Men's College BasketBall Tournament game with the participation of TBS. TNT and TruTV.  Street team staff executed in NYC, Philadelphia, DC, Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, and San Diego. 

Elephant Insurance Services - Richmond Int'l Auto Show        

Provided booth staff at the Richmond International Auto Show in Richmond, VA to engage attendees, communicate key messaging and create awareness and interest in Elephant's Insurance services.  Staff helped generate leads by encouraging consumers to get free quotes using give-a-ways and booth contests.  

Reservage SafSlim - Natural Products Expo - West                  

Provided booth staff at the Anaheim, CA show to demonstrate the effectiveness of the SafSlim product as well as serve as spokes-persons.  Staff trialed SafSlim for 5 weeks leading up to the tradeshow and were real life examples of how well it worked.

Kellogg's National Breakfast Day                                           

Provided over 100 staff  - including costumed staff and escorts - for this high profile PR event on March 8, that executed at Vanderbilt Hall, Grand Central Station in New York, NY. Goal was to leverage the media attention to spread the word to consumers.

Densebrain NYC-Mate I-phone launch                                 

Multi-day street team program with four (4) teams of brand ambassadors and costumed staff running at several different high traffic locations in Manhattan to promote the NYC Mate app to NYCers and tourists. Goal was to leverage the media attention surrounding the launch of I-Phone on the Verizon network to direct new and existing I-Phone (and Android) users to download the app.

AT&T One Day Sale                                                             

Provided staff to promote a one day sale at approximately 90 AT&T retail stores including the New York metro area and upstate (Albany, Syracuse, Buffalo & Rochester), Philadelphia, DC, Baltimore and Northern VA,  Responsible for all training, scheduling, and recapping.

NEBO College Book BuyBack                                  

For the 7th year - we provided street teams consisting of one team lead and up to 5 staff at approximately 30-40 colleges nationwide, for up to one week at each location, to drive students to purchase books from, or sell their books back to, our client's bookstores.

Bounce Bursts in Spokane, WA, Salem, OR and Charleston, SC      

Up to 30 staff each day acting as a human text message popping up in high traffic locations, events, festivals, baseball games spreading the good word about Bounce.  Check out the Bounce Burst Facebook page to see our staff in action ....!/bounce?v=app_2392950137&ref=ts

Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream                                                    

We staffed two tours in 2010 (one New York metro, one national) with our staff promoting Ben & Jerry's use of local cows and distributing free samples to consumers at various stops and events.

Kellogg's Earn Your Stripes Tour                                

Executed at youth soccer events and GOTR races (Girls on the Run).  We staffed booths where we sampled, played games, distributed premiums and prizes. This was our second year staffing the tour.

Kellogg's Little League World Series                                    

Executed at the Little League World Series events all over the country culminating in the Championships in Williamsport, PA. Sampled the cereal, played games, distributed key messaging.

Bryans SEC College Football Tour                

Executing at Sec Football games where we sampled the product, played games, communicated key messaging.

LG Presents EA Sports NCAA Football Challenge

Executing for 11 weeks at college football games and retailers all over the country. A fabricated mobile tour with video displays and a kitchen for food food sampling, contests and challenges, Click here for tour info

Sense the Freshness Mexican Pineapple program           

Executed approximately 200 in-store events in Arizona and Texas where our staff promoted and sampled Mexican pineapples to consumers.

Tide/Ramona and Beezus premieres.                                   

Activated nationwide to promote Tide Acti-lift in conjunction with the movie premieres.  Staffed booths at the theatres which provided an opportunity for "kids to be kids" and paint and get messy, thus using Tide to remove the stains.

Bounty "Make a Messterpiece" Tour                

Executing at Pre-K to Middle schools, the tour brings a unique arts and craft experience, allowing students to be creative and express themselves .. and make a mess. Check out the Make a Messterpiece facebook page to see photos from the events

For the 6th year - we provided street teams four times a year, for one week at over 40 colleges nationwide to drive students to purchase books from, or sell their books back to, our client's bookstores.

AT&T One Day Sale                                                                  

We provided staff to promote a one day sale at 60 AT&T retail stores in the New York metro area.  Responsible for all training, scheduling, and recapping.

Ball Park Franks on the MT Dew Action Sports Tour             

It's the second year in a row we are staffing the tour which involves key messaging, premiums, applying temporary tattoos, scavenger hunts and more!

Shell Oil College recruiting

2nd year where we assisted Shell with it's college recruiting efforts by staffing a booth where we drove traffic, helped run the competitions and tracked results.
